Own the Night

We invite you to "Own the Night" this summer and win great prizes for reading! Starting June 4th, stop in the library to pickup a reading log.

On Monday, June 25th, join us for a book discussion...and lunch! At 1:00, we'll meet over pizza to discuss the creepy new tale by Ransom Riggs...Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children. Watch the trailer, and you can tell he's a filmmaker at heart! Pickup a copy of the book at the library (they're on the table in the YA section), and come to tell us what you think. Love the Earth?

Join us for our volunteer planning meeting for the Earth Day Event! You'll get to learn how to create some fun recycled crafts, eat pizza, and find out how to volunteer at the library for the Earth Day Event on April 26th. Come to the planning meeting on April 19th after school!

Book Cover Redesign Contest!

Want to judge a book by its cover? Enter our contest to re-cover the classics!  Pick a favorite classic from the Classics Cart in the YA section of the library and redesign the cover.  We will re-cover the book with your design and display all the new covers around the library during National Library Week in April.  Enter to win a t-shirt of your choice from Out of Print Clothing  (dozens to choose from!)  Stop inside the library to pickup a classic and an entry form!
